The Curt EZr Double Lock # C60683 and the Double Lock # C60720 are essentially the same gooseneck system with some minor differences. Mainly, the EZR sits lower by 3/8" in the truck bed, but it's main draw is that it's designed to be a bit easier to install. Both will fit on the 2012 Ford F-250 with 6-3/4 Foot Bed.

The MaxxAir vent # MA00-06401K and the Fan-Tastic Vent roof vent # FV801250 will be close to the same decibel level when running but I give a slight edge to the MaxxAir because it moves a little less air (900 cubic feet per minute versus 920 on the Fan-Tastic) and because it has a sealed ball bearing 12 volt motor which would theoretically be quieter. First, I have included a link to all of the gooseneck hitches we carry that fit in 5th wheel rails. The Curt Spyder, # 16085, has a low profile design and it is heavier than the Pro Series plate style hitch # 49080. Besides that, there really are not a lot of differences.
The big advantage that the Curt 25k adapter item # 16055 has is that it can be oriented so that the ball is closer to the back of the truck for more clearance when towing with a short bed truck.

The differences between the Curt X5 adapters is what they will fit. X5 adapter # C16220 fits Curt EZr Double-Lock gooseneck hitches. And X5 adapter # C16210 fits Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store gooseneck hitches such as # C60720.
